At PepWear, we are dedicated to commemorating the achievements and accomplishments of youth, whether in music, sports, or the arts.
If you are not completely satisfied with your PepWear purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
For items purchased online, the original payment method will be refunded once we receive your item(s). Returns are processed by signing into your account and selecting the item(s) you wish to return.
Once we have received the return, we will issue a FULL refund, minus any shipping fees of the purchase price.
For items purchased at an event, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your purchase, we will contact you once we receive your item(s) to process your refund or exchange.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of mailing your package.
If you need to make an exchange for event product, we are able to exchange the product if they don't fit or if they were delivered damaged within 14 days of delivery.
If you need to make an exchange for other packaged products or accessories, the product(s) will still need to have the tag on them, unworn and unwashed. Exchange can be made within 14 days of delivery.

We will process your return within 7-10 business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges.
*During peak seasons please allow up to 15 business days for your return to process.
Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt.
Event merchandise orders and back orders require longer time to produce and these orders could take 4-6 weeks for production and delivery. Our busiest time of the year is from October - December and then January - April.
Your order will be shipped by UPS Ground or United States Postal Services.
